Welcome to the chaos of court life. Feudalism is a social strategy party game for 5–10 players, where there are no fixed roles, no fixed teams, and no single winning strategy. Every conversation is a battlefield and every alliance is a gamble. One player rises as monarch, others scramble to stay loyal… unless they see a better opportunity. Loyalties shift, powers rise and fall, and at least two players will walk away victorious. But who?
Feudalism is launching soon. Sign up now to be the first to know when we launch and get on the throne first.
Forget static teams and assigned roles. In Feudalism, you choose who to stand with… and when to turn on them. The game doesn’t box you into titles or teams. One round you might be the loyal tax-paying vassal. The next, you could be leading a siege on the crown. The alliances are all human. Which means they’re temporary.
This isn’t a zero-sum game. In Feudalism, the monarch and their most loyal subject both win, but keeping that loyalty and balancing it with others is a war in itself. Crowns may change heads. Gold may go missing. And “loyalty” may just be a bet on the winning side… until it changes. Every player is playing for power, whether it's power on the throne or behind the scenes.
Every round builds toward betrayal or glory. You’ll negotiate. Grovel. Intimidate. And then march your armies across the table. Dice give you that edge-of-your-seat uncertainty, but real power comes from what you say, when you say it, and who’s stupid enough to trust you. Talk fast. Roll harder.
Feudalism sets up in minutes and keeps 5 to 10 players engaged for hours. No twenty-minute rule lectures. No confusing subphases. Just gold, troops, and political backstabbing, right out of the gate. By the end, someone will definitely ask to play again… and someone else will still be mad about that tax hike.
Feudalism is storming the gates of Kickstarter soon. Don’t miss your chance to get a special offer for early supporters and secure your seat at the table.
